Cheesecakes are just the tip of the iceberg! With 30+ years food service experience, there isn't much I haven't cooked. I'm glad to help with special dietery needs or make an old family favorite.
Cakes, pies, candies, soups, brunch items, appetizers, box lunches, dinners, sandwiches, catering for 2 - 200. I have helped with every kind of event - birthday parties, office parties, anniversaries, engagements, graduations & I've even been honored with requests to make wedding cakes. No order is too small either! Single cake orders have always been the backbone of my business.
I try very hard to use as many local products as possible, using only local cage free eggs from my friend, Dixie Haar of Dixie's Berries in Edwardsville. I also use Dixie's produce in season. You can contact Dixie for eggs by clicking here if you'd like or call 618-410-5265.
